One-time payment, no automatic renewal

Every KeyBrainer purchase is a single payment through Stripe Checkout. Nothing renews or charges again automatically.

Online practice

• Access starts when Stripe confirms your payment.
• If you buy again before your access ends, the new days are added after your current end date. If your access has ended, the new period starts from the new payment.
• When access ends, your history and results stay in your account.

Ebooks

• You keep the edition you bought.
• Re-downloads and corrected editions are available for 12 months after purchase. Future editions are not included automatically.
• Ebooks bought alone or in a bundle stay yours when online access ends.

Refunds

To ask for a refund, contact us with your order reference. Each order is reviewed on its own. A refund or payment dispute affects only the order it concerns, and a refund ends the access and downloads that order gave you.

• The product is not as described. If an ebook file is wrong, incomplete or cannot be downloaded, or online access does not work or is shorter than you bought, we fix it or refund the order in full.
• Ebooks, change of mind. Within 7 days of purchase, if you have not downloaded the file.
• Online practice, change of mind. Within 7 days of purchase, if you have not started a practice session with the paid access.
• Mistakes in questions. Our content is written and checked with AI and can contain mistakes; a mistake in some questions does not by itself entitle you to a refund, but you can report it and we publish corrections. If errors are so many or so serious that the product is not usable for its purpose, contact us and we will review a refund.
• Refunds go back to the payment method you used, through Stripe. Banks decide how long they take to show it.
• Nothing here limits the rights you have under consumer law where you live. Partial refunds are handled by manual review.
