They are not NCLEX® exam questions, KeyBrainer is not affiliated with or endorsed by NCSBN, and using KeyBrainer does not guarantee any exam result. Content is not medical advice; follow current guidelines and your facility's policies in practice.

How the content is made and checked

Questions, rationales and ebook text are written with artificial intelligence (AI) and checked by AI reviewers, then released by the site owner. They have not each been reviewed or signed off by a licensed nurse or other clinician, and AI can make mistakes. We currently sell English editions only. If translated editions are offered in future, they will say how they were produced and whether a native-speaking nurse reviewed them, and the English edition will remain the reference. Always verify clinical facts against current authoritative sources.

Purchases

Online practice passes and ebooks are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal. Online access lasts for the period of the plan you bought. Ebooks are licensed for your personal study; you may keep the edition you bought, and re-downloads and corrected editions are available for 12 months after purchase. See Purchases & refunds.
